This Project was completed mid 2020.

The property was taken completely back to brick. Fully re-wired and re-plumbed. All brand new fixtures and fittings.

2 new bathrooms, a new relocated kitchen. New landscaped garden, external cladding and bespoke cabinetry.

 

Covid-19 hit at the beginning of this project, we put in place the necessary social distancing and allowance of PPE. Also had to alter our materials procurement methods due to supply chain issues arising because of the pandemic.

The project was completed on time and on budget.
